Telephone Calls
Telephone calls are welcome and the voicemail messages are confidential and retrieved only by your counsellor. However, should the call exceed 15 minutes, the right is reserved to charge at the same fee as phone counselling.

Methods of Communication
We may be reached by phone, email or the secure website “contact us” form. You are encouraged to keep email communication for the scheduling of appointments and not for sharing of personal information. Please see the privacy policy for more information about this.

We are happy to speak with you by phone for a brief free consultation as a private means of speaking about your concerns and asking any questions you may have to determine whether we are a good fit for working together towards a better tomorrow.

Voicemails and emails will always be responded to as soon as possible, and likely within the same business day if received before noon unless otherwise noted on the automated email response or on the outgoing voicemail message. Please listen carefully to the voicemail message for this purpose.

To protect client privacy, please do not drop by the office without prior arrangement as we may be with another client and therefore unable to assist you. This is a shared work-space and a colleague may be utilizing the space at times when your counsellor is not present.
